Change Request Adjustments
Version 9.23.0 includes adjustments to the Change Request buttons. The “Return” action button has been renamed to “Rejected”. When selected by the Owner Project Manager, anew field, called “Rejected Reason”, must be completed, explaining the reason for rejection, prior to it being returned to the Contract Administrator who issued the Change Request.
In addition, an E-mail Subscription can be configured for the “Rejected” status.
Things to consider
- The Change Request Workflow has not changed. This enhancement captures the reason the Change Request was “rejected” on the Standard printed form
- Custom Forms will need to be amended to include “Rejected Reason” field, if applicable.
